Vasily Kharin, Ph.D., CTO, Vasily Kharin holds a Ph.D. in theoretical physics, focusing on Quantum Mechanics and Quantum Field Theory. His scholarly work in these domains is well-regarded and frequently cited within the academic community.
Professionally, Vasily has an extensive background as a Chief Software Architect and has been actively involved in numerous blockchain projects, contributing to core design, smart-contract development, cryptography, and software architecture. His work has led to the design of a cryptographic protocol for a layer-2 solution that currently secures over $3M in Total Value Locked (TVL) and the co-authorship of the architecture of a high-load service with dedicated hardware, supporting over 1 million current users.
Klavdia Potapova, CPO: Klavdia has a rich history of leading significant business and product initiatives across various sectors. At SKB Kontur Group, she spearheaded the launch of a document automation system that escalated from zero to $16M in annual recurring revenue under her leadership. She managed a department of over 400 employees, encompassing 20 distinct teams there. Klavdia also has experience as a product director at Xsolla, a global fintech company with more than 500 employees, generating $100M in revenue. Beyond her corporate roles, Klavdia is deeply involved in the startup ecosystem, assisting growth-stage companies to scale operations. She has worked in three startup accelerators, guiding over 50 companies as a lead tracker, underscoring her prowess in fostering businesses through crucial growth phases.
